Hello everyone, my name is sheila mata, and I am doing this on behalf of my brother in law's family.

November 14 2021. We reside up north of Washington and have unfortunately had terrible flooding in our city. The morning of Monday 3:00 a.m, my brother in law received a called from His father and was asking for help desperately. He unfortunately had been caught up with the floods and was hanging onto a near by tree and was on call with my brother in law for about an hour while he was trying to reach for help from the police, until he lost connection with his father.

November 16,2021. It’s been a day an a half, and we have been searching for his father and have not yet found anything to bring us to him.

November 17,2021, around 1:15pm, Jose was found. We appreciate any donations that will be going towards his funeral ❤️
