During the past few years my mother has been on a roller coaster with her health after being diagnosed with stage four lung cancer. We've been blessed to have support from friends and family and can say her cancer is stable. We are greatful for such wonderful news and know this is a second chance. A miracle. Unfortunately with the frequent check up appointments, continued medication use, and lack of work from affects of the radiation she continues to have a burden I can't help her with completely this holiday season so I'm reaching out to friends and family. With lack of ability to work her mortgage during the holiday season is causing continued stress for her and our family. I know the holiday season is stressful for everyone but if you are willing to give help to a neighbor we would gratefully appreciate anything. Even words of encouragement.
