Scarlett’s Surgery

Brazil USA Pet Lovers adopted Scarlett from the local municipal shelter where she had languished for over a year despite heroic efforts by the shelter staff to find Scarlett a new forever home.


This happy go lucky lady loves walks with other dogs, affection from her humans, and snuggles with the rescue cats. Before she can find a new home she needs help clearing up a growth on her right leg. After 2 biopsies we know what she needs, surgery to remove the  mass and a short course of radiation to ensure it never comes back.

While the Rescue has happily paid for her care and feeding as well as medical testing, it simply does not have the funds to pay for her surgery and radiation therapy. While amputation is an alternative, Scarlett is simply too young and loving to go that route. 

During these challenging times Scarlett is the dog that will bring years of love and kisses to a world very much in need of some of that special Pit Bull love. Scarlett's Angels have come together to assist the Rescue in  raising money to fund Scarlett's medical. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this wonderful girl.
