I hate to resort to this, but it has come to this. I've exhausted my finances trying to keep up with monthly bills.

After months of fighting a wound on my foot, I was eventually, being diabetic, diagnosed with osteomyelitis in my foot. After an aggressive regime of antibiotics, the decision was made to amputate my toe.

Since then, I haven't been able to work. Bills are now falling behind.

I'm humbly asking for help with my mortgage, as well as monthly utilities. I've signed up with programs to help but I'm still behind. I do get short-term income from my employer, but it's nowhere near enough.

My medical bills are unthinkable.

So, I'm reaching out to my many friends and community for help.

I don't need nasty comments (which is why I hesitate to do this).

If anyone can help, I would be so grateful.
