Cocoa paralyzed pup legs surgery

We've been lucky a few times on saving legs on paralyzed pets, but unfortunate looks like Cocoa will need to undergo surgery do to lack of blood flow to the legs and healing. We thought we were headed in the right direction but since she is so active and play full her legs cannot withstand pups ambition and determination to enjoy life. We will have to schedule a surgery. :( $ Anyone interested may help pay vet bills directly, pm me for info. We are behind in $ with setting up new place, vehicle issues, and daily care cost.
