Hello everyone my name is Nick, and I am currently in the hospital awaiting a heart and kidney transplant. Ill be in the hospital approximately 6 months, while im waiting on my transplants and recovery. I came to Florida for a routine visit and never thought they were keeping me, this has thrown a wrench in my finances as this was unexpected. My family is very important to me, and ive always been able to provide for them. I'm asking for assistance while I'm going through these procedures. My family is unable to travel to Florida from Tennessee and I'm in the hospital alone. Anything can help and everything is greatly appreciated.
