Help for Charity

Charity King, Wattles Park Elementary's nurse aide, needs our help.  Charity was diagnosed with an Ovarian Cyst/Tumor in July of 2018.  Her life circumstances have found her without medical insurance for the first time in her adult life, just when she needs it the most.  On December 12th, 2018, Charity will have surgery to remove the cyst or tumor(doctors are not sure what it is until they remove it).  The financial burden for this surgery is immense for Charity and her family.  She is a single-mom with 2 children, one in college and one in high school. 
If you passed Charity in the halls at Wattles Park you might not know about the pain and the struggle that she has faced in dealing with this medical issue.  She has kept a smile on her face over the past few months, even with the constant pain from her condition.  You also would not know about the financial worry that she has about not knowing if she will be able to afford the accumulating medical bills.  It is my hope that the Harper Creek family would come together and take some of the financial burden away for Charity and her family.
