Hi everyone! My dear best friend, Kayla Terrell, was recently diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia. It's a cancer of the blood and bone and can spread quickly if not treated fast and aggressively.

Kayla is a loving wife, daughter, friend, and always the life of the party no matter where she is! She's also a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with Plastic Surgery at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Her passion has always been to help people through her work, and she's dedicated her entire life to it. In the midst of the pandemic when frontline workers were called to action, Kayla took a huge leap of faith and risked everything by traveling to New York for 4 weeks to work at one of the most impacted hospitals in America to help battle the Coronavirus.

After taking care of the people in NY, she came home to act as main caregiver for her mother-in-law, who unfortunately lost her battle to cancer. Kayla has given so much to this world, and I ask that you do the same for her.
