I have gone from 27st 10lbs and at the moment are down to 21st 11lbs and still loosing my goal is to get to the ocr world championships in Ohio so that i can show people that no matter what adversity you are facing with the right mindset you can acheive anything that nothing is out of your grasp. Hence why i am wanting to go from couch potatoe to competing in the  world championships (one extreme to the other) and inspire hopefully just people to change there lifes around and people to make goals so extreme  that they inspire others and get more people to smile.
