Hi all!
First and foremost, I want to thank everyone who shared and spread the word about what happened this morning. This is a very hard hit to the Medina family- they have spent more than a decade investing in tools to build a company from the ground up. J1 Construction was established in 2017- Jesse had all the tools he needed to finally be his own boss, so he took the leap of faith and resigned from his corporate job. He was ready to be his own boss!
Today, everything he has worked for was literally stolen from him. At about 11AM, Jesse walked out of Home Depot where he was picking up material for a job he was working at, to find that his truck had been stolen. The truck was occupied by ALL of his tools and the dump trailer that was used for most of his jobs. At this point, we are accepting the fact that most of the items that were stolen may never be recovered.
Jesse is such a driven and devoted man! He makes sure that his wife, son, two daughters, & grandkids are all taken care of. He is a family man through and through.
Today, we have been tasked with rebuilding what has taken more than a decade to build- without handouts, without anyone else’s help. However, today it cannot be done without your help.
I am reaching out to everyone to humbly ask for your help today. Anything helps.
Attached are pictures of Jesse and his family.
Much love,
Anna & the Medina Family
