This is help my darling grandaughter Isabelle Fitzgerald who has been struck down with Guillain-barre syndrome up until this she was a budding gymnast full of life she is 12 years old in March and sadly now unable to sit or move or walk by herself , this has hit her family very hard with my beautiful daughter having to give up work and with 4 other children 16 , 14 , 6 , 7 months it has impacted their life the family have no personal transport so total reliant on help from anyone available or taxis and buses every day to and from hospital any funds raised would be to help with anything that would ease the strain on them
