This GoFundMe campaign is in memory of SGT Izeyah Torres, a proud veteran in the United States Army. He proudly served our country for 7 years as an explosive ordnance specialist in Iraq, defending our freedoms with honor and dedication.

But Izeyah wasn't just a soldier. He was a beacon of light who found purpose in helping others. After returning home,Izeyah channeled his experience into a rewarding career in the medical field. The weight of his service stayed with him, along with the physical scars of his deployments and the battle with PTSD. Yet, his spirit never faltered. His positive outlook and willingness to go the extra mile brought comfort and healing to countless patients. When he wasn't working tirelessly to heal others, Izeyah could be found on his motorcycle, the wind whipping through his hair as he embraced life to the fullest. His charisma was infectious, and his ability to make friends with everyone he met made him a truly lovable and unforgettable soul.

Sadly, Izeyah passed away unexpectedly on April 30, 2024. This sudden loss has left us heartbroken and facing several challenges, including funeral expenses and outstanding medical bills.

The funds raised will go towards funeral expenses, honoring his final wishes with a proper burial, and alleviating the financial burden on our family.
