Hi my name is Michelle and I am raising funds for Iwans memorial bench at the Rhinos pitch at Rhondda sports centre to remember Iwan and celebrate the lasting legacy he left within our club. As a devoted member of the Rhondda Rhinos Canoe Polo Club, he played a vital role in developing our junior and youth players.

Iwan dedicated countless hours to coaching young athletes, always giving his time, energy, and encouragement without hesitation. To our players, he was more than a coach—he was a role model, a mentor, and a true source of inspiration. His passion for the sport and his unwavering commitment to helping others grow will forever be remembered.

We are now hoping to raise funds for a memorial bench that will be placed beside the Rhondda Rhinos pitch. This will give players, families, and the wider community a place to reflect, remember, and honour Iwan each week. It will stand as a lasting tribute to the impact he made and the legacy he leaves behind.
