I want to start by saying, thank you to all who have and are currently praying for us. We are in need of a little monetary help. We currently are living at children’s hospital with Ivy and Andy’s mom has Maddox until we can figure out what’s going on and a game plan to get back home with our babygirl. I’m still in classes as well. We will need new equipment for Ivy to be comfortable, food, gas, and money to make sure Maddox has everything he needs too. 

we are not ones to ask for money, but honestly, we never thought we would be here either. 

8am- we went in for surgery to untether her spinal cord
10:30- Ivy was having complications with her heart. She went into heart Block which is where the upper chambers and lower chambers don’t beat on the same rhythm.  her heart rate dropped down into the 20s for supposedly only two minutes But they resuscitated her and she was fine.
12p- Ivy was seizing every five minutes
12:30-we were transported to Children’s Hospital
1p: we found out that ivy had brain damage due to however long she was without oxygen.
2p: Ivy is on life-support and an EEG machine to track her brain waves that are currently suppressed at the moment.
2:30p- Ivy was seizing every minute. 
3p: Now, it’s a waiting game. hopefully today We are due for a CT or MRI scan of her brain to see just how much damage has occurred.

Now it’s 6 AM and The seizures have slow down but we are still in the same place. It’s just a waiting game.
