I’m reaching out because something really unfortunate happened — the same day I got a new car, I was in an accident that caused a lot of damage. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but it has put me in a really tough spot financially.

I need reliable transportation to get to work and earn money to cover my bills. Without it, I’m stuck and struggling to stay afloat. Ubers get expensive. I’m trying to raise funds to help cover the loss and get back on the road as soon as possible.

If you’re able to donate, even a small amount would be a huge help. And if you can’t donate right now, sharing this with others would mean a lot.

I’ve tried everything to have my life be in order and I can’t catch a break. I know a lot of other people are going through tough times right now too so I feel bad I even have to do this. I feel stuck and don’t know what else to do.

Unfortunately none of the repairs are covered. I was going to wait to get full coverage when I caught back up with bills. I thought it would be fine to wait a couple months because I’ve never been in an accident like this.

I’m doing the cheapest possible fix and the total for used parts not including paint and labor is $2200. Coming up with this amount on top of paying for rides to/from work and not making money due to being able to drive is impossible for me.
