Hello, everyone. My name is Dan and I live in San Francisco.
I feel awkward about this kind of stuff, but I guess it can't hurt.
I was recently accepted into the documentary Master of Science program in Journalism at Columbia University and must raise about $1,500 to cover the enrollment fee and a one-way ticket to New York. The enrollment fee is due by May 1 so that's the target.
That's basically the gist. Anything helps as I will need to cover the prodigious tuition fees that go with Columbia in the future, but this is step one. Any extra money will go toward those tuition costs.
I appreciate those who have invested in me. I promise it'll be worth it.
