Ivory's Rock Road Repair Project

Ivory's Rock Conventions and Events (IRCE) is a world class conference and events venue, located on 635 hectares of lush parklands, just outside of Ipswich and about 45 minutes drive from Brisbane. IRCE is run on a not for profit basis, with its main focus being an educational one. It is owned by Ivory's Rock Foundation, a registered educational charity.
In late March this year, tropical cyclone Debbie tore through north Queensland, unleashing fierce winds and torrential rain. In its aftermath, a significant rain event, with falls of up to 400 millimetres in places, hit south east Queensland, causing major flooding in some low lying and coastal areas.
While no flooding occurred at the venue, the IRCE road network bore the brunt of nature's force. Though the environment itself is even more lush and vibrant than ever, heavy rain and roads are never a great mix!
Over the years, this award winning venue has played host to a wide range of events, from community functions, workshops, weddings, conferences and caravan rallies to large scale endurance races, music festivals and international peace events. This year another major international event is already scheduled for September.
With a busy year ahead, the roads are in need of some TLC, and the work has been scheduled over the coming months, but the budget is tight!
It's a fantastic venue, a sanctuary for Australian wildlife and a great place to come and enjoy different functions and events. Any help with the road repair project would be greatly appreciated.
