Ivory Elizabeth De Clerk - Our Angel

Hi everyone! My sister, Jade and her bf, Bryce are going through the unimaginable right now and are going to need our help getting through the upcoming weeks and months.

Yesterday, our beautiful baby girl Ivory gained her wings at sick kids London with the sun shining on her face and her amazing family by her side. She fought hard for 4 months but her little body just had enough. My sister has spent the last 4 months living at Ronald McDonald house, never leaving her side and they will need help as they grieve and learn to adapt to their new normal.
