IVF treatment in memory of our Isla

Donation protected
My name is Rosie and I have been with my partner, Ant, since I was 18. We had a beautiful daughter called Isla in 2019. When Isla was 18 months old she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of leukeamia. She went through 17 months of intensive treatment including two bone marrow transplants and despite the best efforts of the doctors and hospital teams, unfortunately she passed away in October 2022. We were obviously absolutely devastated and life continues to be incredibly difficult without our little princess. Isla was such a happy little girl, with a brilliant vocabulary, and a smile to end all smiles.

Isla was conceived via IVF. Although we know we could never replace Isla, we know we would love her to have a brother or sister. The NHS paid for the round in which Isla was conceived but is not willing to pay for anymore rounds of IVF. We have experienced three miscarriages, and each one has been heartbreaking as the idea of not having another child is very painful. I am now 42, so we don't have time to wait or just to keep trying.

We are asking for donations to fund another round of IVF, so we can hopefully extend our family. We were fantastic parents that supported our daughter through truly horrific treatments, one of us always at her side day and night. You would be helping to growing our loving family and having another child to tell about their wonderful big sister.

Any money in addition to the amount needed will be donated to PASICS who afforded Isla a lot of support which contributed towards making her short life a happy one.
