IVF for the Walkers

On September 26th of this year, Robert Walker and I (Erin Walker) officially started our IVF journey at Brown Fertility in Jacksonville. We have had tons of support, prayers, good thoughts, and well-wishes as we announced that I was starting hormones on the journey to become pregnant. On October 10th, they retrieved 4 eggs from me. Here we are waiting to go back to retrieval:
After retrieval, we found out that I only have one working ovary. It was quite an overwhelming realization. On October 13th, they transferred two of the three viable embryos and we later learned that the third degenerated at day 5. On October 28th, we learned the wonderful and joyous news that I was pregnant! But we weren't out of the woods yet because my HcG levels were very low (9 in fact). So we hoped and prayed along with our friends and family that the baby (or babies) were ok. On Halloween I miscarried. Although we were devastated, we took comfort in the fact that we were able to become pregnant and that we had been touched by the thoughts, prayers, and support of so many of our friends and family.
After soul searching and speaking with our doctors at Brown Fertility, we think it is best to try again as soon as possible since we don't know how long I've been without one of my ovaries and time may be of the essence. However, since we have no more viable eggs, we need to restart the IFV process all over again. IVF costs $10,995. The medications will cost at least another $3000. Robert Walker and I are both teachers with limited funds and the first round of IVF cleaned us out. In order to proceed we must pay Brown in full by November 15th or wait to start again. We kindly ask for your support in this matter. Any help towards realizing our dream of having kids would be greatly appreciated.
