Dear friends and family,

As many of you are aware, Kaitlyn and Michael have been trying to grow their family for some time now. They have struggled with
infertility for the last four years but are holding fast to God’s
faithful promises. Please take a moment to read and share their
story.

Kait and Mike have been happily married since June 9th, 2012.
After four years of growing in their marriage and careers they decided they were ready to start a family. These last four years have been filled with numerous appointments, surgeries, prescriptions,
tests, and disappointing doctor visits. Due to unexplained
infertility, their specialist believes IVF to be their next best step. 

As you may be aware, IVF is a very costly medical procedure that is not covered by most health insurance. Kaitlyn and Michael have been saving up for several years, knowing that their unexplained infertility diagnosis might lead them to this treatment. Unfortunately, Michael has had to undergo several extensive dental surgeries to correct a genetic condition. Although necessary, these surgeries have depleted their savings. The cost of the IVF procedure will be upwards of $15,000 with a large portion of that needing to be paid upfront. 

After taking time to pray over their next steps, Kait and Mike feel IVF is where they are being led. As of right now, they are scheduled to begin this journey in July 2020. This is a big, scary, and exciting chance for them. They are ready to take on IVF but they can’t do it alone.  

Many of you have asked how you can assist Kait and Mike, we’ve started this fundraiser with the hope that we can help ease the financial burden of what has already been a long and trying experience for them.
