Hi, my name is Ivan. I’m a transgender man and began hormone replacement therapy on June 1, 2022. I am continuing my journey to fully align my body with my gender identity.

Top surgery is an essential step for my well-being and It will greatly reduce my dysphoria. This surgery will allow me to live more comfortably and confidently as myself. My surgery is planned for June 2026.

The cost of surgery is significant and beyond my current financial means. Although I have insurance, it does not cover gender specialty surgeons. I am a special needs teacher in Florida and support both myself and my partner, so I am reaching out for help to cover the expenses.

Funds will be used for:

top surgery (surgeon, anesthesia, operating room)

Pre- and post-operative care, including consultations, tests, medications, and aftercare
