On February 7th 2017 at 6:28am we lost  an amazing Father, husband, grandfather, brother, son, uncle, nephew, family member, coach and friend, Ivan Goins. He  was diagnosed with cancer July 7th 2016.  As always, like anything else Dad took and accepted this challenge as he would any other.  He fought his illness with dignity and strength. 
     Anyone who had the honor of knowing Dad knew what he stood for Family, hard work and friendship.  He was very well respected for being  straight forward and sticking to his truths.  No challenge was ever to big to take on.  He has always strived to help people be the best they could be and he never settle for less.  Dad was selfless and would give the shirt off his back and his last dollar knowing a person at that time needed it more.              Dad will be very much loved and missed by wife, sons, grandchildren, family members, Mercedes family members, Montclair Little League family members, clients and friends, and anyone who has ever crossed paths with him.



     Ivan's Memorial Fund will be directed to Mom (Gabriella), for he was the sole provider. This is to  help with  the Memorial and unexpected expenses due to changes in benefits (health ins, life ins, 2017 deductables etc).
