Hi, my name is Irene Teasdale Rivera and I am raising funds for both my brother's funeral and my airfare to return home. My older brother Ivan passed way on October 4 at the age of 48 years old. My brother had a stroke a few days prior to his passing and then had a complication due to his stroke while in the hospital. This has just blindsided our family and have left us bereft and heartbroken. My brother leaves behind a loving wife and two amazing sons. Being so far away (as my brother Ivan and the rest of our family are in the Philippines and I am in Canada) I wish to use the funds raised here to both travel back home to my family and also alleviate any hardship and financial burden my brother's family are experiencing at this time.
