Brothers & Friends - It has been exactly 3 years since we started our mortgage elimination campaigns (Smackdown and Beat the Clock). Since launching in 2020 we have had 72 very generous alumni pledge over $88,000 to help pay off the house before the balloon payment is due in April 2026.

When we started this journey, our mortgage was $243,326. As of March 2023, our mortgage is down to $118,000. The principal being reduced by over $125,000!

Once we apply all 37 remaining normal monthly mortgage payments and all outstanding Smackdown contributions we will come up $25,000 short of paying off the mortgage by the deadline.

We would like to close that gap by giving every brother an opportunity to help contribute to the mortgage. With that said we would like to open the mortgage contributions to everyone! Our goal is to try and close that $25,000 gap over the next three years.

Starting March 15 through May 1 we are conducting a 45-day winter break “MORTGAGE PAYOFF BLITZ” with a goal to raise $5000.
