It’s time to help Eric

For years, Eric Bender has been an important person in the lives of many people. Whether he’s spending time with his beautiful daughter Sydney; hanging out with his parents, brother and sister-in-law; keeping in touch with his extended family of aunts, uncles, and many, many cousins; or serving customers at the Thirsty Duck, Eric has touched the lives of many, always willing to help out whenever he was called upon.

It's time for us all to return the favor.

On Sept. 9, Eric was admitted to Sanford ER for collapsing at work due to low vitals. Since then, he has endured a paracentesis every week to drain excess fluids from his abdomen. After many tests and an MRI elastography, he has been diagnosed with stage 4 fibrosis of the liver. It will not properly heal itself anymore.

Eric will need help with his medical bills for the long haul. Any help you can provide will be necessary and appreciated.

Eric and his family have faith in the medical community and in God. But some things can only be provided with financial resources. Please help us take care of this good man.
