Hello, My name is Misti and I am Dana Outlaw’s sister. Today, like so many in the area, she has lost everything including her car, in the historic flooding that has happened in Letcher County. I have been there this evening and the pictures and videos you are seeing do not capture the true devastation, you’d have to see it to understand. So many of you have reached out to me asking how you can help her and I thought this fund would be the most practical way to do so. She will need everything to start over once she finds housing.
