Hello everyone.
My name is Joselyne, I am the daughter of Jose Carrero. I’m writing this in hope that I would reach many of our friends and family and you will be able to help us in our time of need.
My father just passed away on June 23rd, 2020. He has always had issues with his health ranging from diabetes, to problems with his heart and kidneys. Last year they had to give him a pacemaker for his heart and place a fistula for dialysis in 2014, those things seemed to be helping, but in December things starting to decline rapidly.
His leg had to be amputated and just recently they had to amputate his toes on his other leg due to the diabetes.
Unfortunately a few days ago after what was supposed to be a simple procedure, my father had 4 cardiac arrest and he stopped breathing. The doctors were able to administer CPR, but they had no choice but to intubate him. He fought for his life really hard , especially for us his family . But there’s only so much a persons heart can take. He passed away at 1:58am . I know he’s in a better place and god needed him now . But thank you daddy for fighting so hard for all of us . We love you and you will never be forgotten.
