Hi, I’m part of Hope Netball Club. Since our founding on 8th March 2023, we’ve not only played netball, we’ve built something more. We’ve created a space of hope, compassion, and support. A place where mental health matters as much as the final score. Our mission has been and always will be to change the stigma around mental health and to make sure everyone feels safe, respected, and heard.

On Friday 10th October 2025, we are hosting a mental health quiz. All proceeds going to Andy’s Man Club because we believe talking saves lives. Your support means the world. If you can’t make it on the night, even £1 will go a long way. While often £1 seems small, many charities show how even modest donations add up and make a difference. Small amounts contribute to amazing things: peer support groups, trained listening volunteers, awareness materials, helplines.

Your presence, your laughter, your donation is part of building something bigger: a community where it’s okay for men to talk, where help feels available, where nobody has to face their struggles alone.

Behind every smile there can be a struggle let’s keep talking until every man feels heard.
