Sometimes a simple phone call can make all the difference. It's a way for us to connect, share what we're going through, and remind each other that we're not alone. For men's mental health, this can be especially important because there's often a lot of pressure to "man up" or handle things on your own.
Taking the time to call a friend, a family member, or a professional can be a powerful step. It helps break down the stigma around talking about feelings and shows that reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness. So, if you're struggling, or if you know someone who is, don't hesitate to pick up the phone. It's one of the most effective ways to show support and get the help you need.

Join me to support Movember, I will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon this Autumn to raise money but most importantly to raise awareness of the important of mens mental health these days.
