It’s Kelly Chambers’ turn!

I don’t personally know Kelly Chambers but he is friends with my sons so I know his story. He is a race car enthusiast, a small business owner and most importantly a devoted dad to a little girl named Maleree Mae. In June of 2016 Maleree was diagnosed with brain cancer...The tumor was removed in September 2016 and then in November Maleree began 31 rounds of radiation treatments  over a six week period. By January 2017 she was cancer free. During this time Kelly began to raise money for other children with cancer through the My Maleree Mae Foundation where they were able to give thousands of dollars to other families living this nightmare. Then this September Kelly’s worst nightmare began again when they found out Maleree’s cancer had returned. And just when you would think things couldn’t get any worse for him I learned something new about Kelly....he lives in Paradise California....the location of the devastating fire that destroyed almost an entire town taking Kelly’s home and business with it. And what does he post on Facebook but an apology to anyone who has ordered T-shirts or stickers through the foundation because he can’t send them out since they were all destroyed . Well I think it’s time for something good to go his way so my hope is that this fundraiser goes national and far beyond the $10,000 goal. The money raised will be given to Kelly to help him rebuild his home and business...Kelly didn’t have fire insurance because he felt it was money that was better spent helping his daughter and other children fight cancer! So please help in anyway you can and if you can’t donate please share! Thank you! Because Kelly lost everything in the fire and can't easily access the money raised for him Kelly has asked his friend (and my son) Tim Close to take care of releasing the funds to Kelly as he needs them.
