They say the first year is the hardest, right?
Friday February 5th, we found out that Nox has a Cataract in his left (Brown) eye. Shortly after, on Monday February 8th, we found out he has another in his right (Blue) eye.
My one year old Fur
child, at this rate will be blind in both eyes by end of month.
We have fought to get him an appointment to see an Ophthalmologist, and thanks to the power of social media, he is first in line!
Surgery is the only option to reverse this.
If you’ve met Nox, you understand that a Blind zoomie loving baby needs to be able to see the snow, and needs to be able to play his favorite game, fetch!
Nox’s condition gets worse by the day... there are days he is extremely uncomfortable, and can not even open his eyes.
Although he’s resilient, brave, and courageous... me, not so much.
The entirety of funds will go directly to Nox’s surgery at Animal Eye Care of Richmond.
Being in the Service Industry this past year during the pandemic has been rough, to say the least. We would appreciate any amount, no matter how small during this tough time.
It really is a Hard ‘Nox’ Life....
