The Institute of Taoist Education and Acupuncture is committed to the support of individuals in fulfilling their fullest potential, one which is aligned with nature, and one in which life can be best lived.

Since ITEA's inception 22 years ago, we wish to thank all of our supporters, both financial and philosophical. This support has enabled ITEA to improve lives and produce graduates who then improve, exponentially, the lives of others. Together we are making a difference!

ITEA is an educational institution dedicated to the teachings of Classical Five-Element Acupuncture (CF-EA).   We are a  four-year master's degree program.  The first two years are spent accumulating knowledge in the classroom and the remaining two years are in the student run acupuncture clinic.  

CF-EA was introduced to the west by JR Worsley who studied in the east during the 1950's and 60's. His genius lay in organizing an ancient system of medicine, based on natural law, for the modern world.    At ITEA, rather than treating symptomatically, we treat the root cause of illness - from a vantage point that never separates the individual into parts. This is a fundamental aspect of Classical Five-Element Acupuncture, making it unique and profound. For this reason, ITEA attracts students from all over the country who train in our clinic and then return to their region to practice in this way. Since 2006, ITEA has also continued to offer a free Veterans Clinic  to support veterans’ special needs.

ITEA is a non-profit institution and we rely directly on private donations.  Your donation today will directly support our education in the student acupuncture clinic and allow ITEA to continue to provide a high level of affordable service to our community.  Your generosity will support the ongoing healing presence of Classical Five-Element Acupuncture in Colorado and in the world for many years to come.


FUNDRAISING GOALS:

We are aiming to raise $8,000 for the following: 

·   Maintain our Free Veterans clinic
·   Update Furniture and Interior of Clinic
·   Purchase a new computer for the Clinic 
·   Supervision and other costs associated with runnnng the student clinic 


DONATING: 

While we greatly and truly appreciate any level of contribtion, please know that through this campaign it is possible to both "Adopt a Night for our Vets" or "Adopt a Room for Month" in our clinic.  

For every $110 donation:  you would be adoptiong a night of students treating veterans free of charge (with your doantion covering both the rent and acupuncture supplies).  

For every $150 donation: you would be adoptiong a room in our clinic (covering the rent for that individual clinic room for an entire month! ).
