Ciao my name is Amy, I am the Daughter of Papa Sal and Mama Val The Italian Hearts. It's has been a very rough Winter for my parents Small Business of Italian Heart's Pasta Sauces and Italian Heart's Commercial Kitchen where they help many Chefs and Bakers walk into their Culinary Dreams by coming alongside them helping them create their own Small Business while they rent space in their Italian Hearts Kitchen. They have helped many, and their award winning Italian Heart's Pasta Sauces are amazing in quality and stellar deep rich layers of magnifico tastes as they make them from scratch in small handcrafted batches using just the right hand-selected wholesome organic ingredients bringing their very best to you. I am hoping we can now help them. I know they have many wonderful things in the works they simply need to get from here to there. When Small Businesses have a few rough months especially with severe weather etc it's hard to catch up. Funds are needed to pay kitchen rent, catch up utilities, expenses, move forward. If there is enough they will order more jars for new batches of Italian Hearts Pasta Sauces. As you help them they can continue to help others working from their kitchen.
