Amanda needs surgery.
Being a WLKY Bell Award winner for community service tells you a lot about the type of person she is--always giving of herself and helping others.
Now , I'm asking for help for her.
Amanda Bourland needs surgery but doesn't have any way to pay her rent, utilities, insurance, or to feed her and her two boys etc, while she's off.
Her surgeon has told her this spine surgery can't be delayed without possible catastrophic consequences and will cause her to miss about 3 months out work.
She was told she was covered by short term disability at work, but two days later, she was told sorry, that was a mistake.
Now, she's in a hard place and I'm hoping she can be helped as she's helped so many others.
Any donation will be appreciated. If you can't make a monetary donation, please let others know about this cause and offer a prayer that she gets the help she needs.
