Many of you may know the story of Dennis Douglas (husband to Peggy Douglas), for those of you that don’t…Dennis was involved in a horrific auto accident the end of 2017 and in ICU for many months, extensive rehabilitation for nearly a year. Approximately June of this year, Dennis was diagnosed with Stage 4 melanoma, it was located in the lungs and has since spread to the brain and stomach. Dennis has also had a lifelong struggle with type 1 diabetes. Peggy is the sole provider of their family and this burden weighs very heavy on her heart.

All known resources have been exhausted. We are unfortunately way overdue in asking the question, "is it time to ask for financial support?"

For most of us, asking for help is really hard, and when it involves money, it's even harder…

The good news is, giving is a choice, as is the amount....

The better news is, the support received will be life changing, and in so may ways.

Obviously this platform has a proven track record! Naturally, my hope is that it will serve the purpose in accomplishing the following:
• 2-3 days in home private health care for Dennis
• Day to day living expenses, including medications
• Basic assistance with housekeeping
• Transportation to and from treatments
• Retrofit home with all required safety equipment
It will take a village, that we know… we ask for any assistance you feel in your heart to donate and we thank you beyond words and extremely grateful.
