I never imagined I would be in a position to ask for help like this, but right now, I truly need my village.

I am currently in the process of getting my license so I can create a more stable future for myself and my baby. In the middle of this journey, my daughter arrived 8 weeks early and has been in the NICU. It has been an emotional and challenging time, balancing her care, my responsibilities, traveling back and forth to the hospital daily and preparing to return to work.

As I get ready to go back, I’m facing a major obstacle — transportation. I need a reliable way to get my baby to her medical appointments and back and forth to a babysitter so I can work and continue building a better life for us. Reliable transportation to the Nicu daily to be there for every moment.

Without family support to rely on, I’m reaching out to the community — my village.
