It takes a village to raise a family

Hi , my name is Brianna Sucharyna, I am a close friend to Amanda, John's wife.
It breaks many hearts to say that John Inglis (45yrs old) had suddenly and unexpectedly passed away on September 19th 2021. The days, weeks and even months going forward will be challenging for his wife and 4 children as they try to navigate through life without John.
John dedicated his life to his family, friends and the community of Rapid City, that he lived in. Amanda and the kids were the center of his world and that world has just been crushed by this sudden loss.
John was dedicated to his family, extended family and friends. There was not enough hours in a day for all that John felt the need to accomplish; whether it was to his job with the RM, taking his kids to hockey games, changing lightbulbs at the local Co-op, chasing the cows (that forever were getting out of the pasture) back in, and mending fences (his own or his neighbors). He was very focused on being hardworking and his idea of a vacation was to work on the farm or to go on the Milk Run in the summer.
For those that knew John well, knew how active he was in the 4-H Community. His legacy will be carried on by his children.
One thing that people were sure of, is when it came to John, he was extremely reliable and helpful to the community when he was needed. Although many say John wasn’t huge oh hellos and carrying out conversations, John was and is the most selfless and kind-hearted human you could meet.
John left a great impact on people’s lives everywhere he went and the loss of him will be felt by all. As a friend to John and his family, I have started a Go-Fund me fundraiser to help with the unexpected costs of a funeral and any future financial burdens during this difficult time.
All proceeds will go directly to Amanda and the kids. A trust fund will be set up of John’s children.
