It takes a village.

This campaign is setup in an effort to relieve some of the burden off the shoulders of our sister Aula and her family.

Aula has recently given birth to her second baby girl and her family is being tested with a very difficult test. Their newborn daughter has been in the NICU Since January 22nd. The baby girl has a lack of brain development known as Cortical dysplasia and endures hundreds of seizures that are not fully under control. The baby has gone into a medical coma and is now possibly looking into brain surgery.

All funds collected will go directly to Aula and her family to cover medical expenses and any other family expenses needed as they take time off to be with their baby.

We have also setup a meal train to help ease the burden of the cooking as the family spends a great portion of their time between home and the hospital.

A few short prayers 

اللَّهُمَّ ربَّ النَّاسِ ، أَذْهِب الْبَأسَ ، واشْفِ مَلَك ، أَنْتَ الشَّافي لا شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ ، شِفاءً لا يُغَادِرُ سقَماً

Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported: When the Prophet (ﷺ) visited any ailing member of his family, he would touch the sick person with his right hand and would supplicate:

اللَّهُمَّ ربَّ النَّاسِ ، أَذْهِب الْبَأسَ ، واشْفِ مَلَك، أَنْتَ الشَّافي لا شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ ، شِفاءً لا يُغَادِرُ سقَماً

Allaahumma Rabban-naas, adhhibil-ba’s, washfi (Malak) antash-Shaafi laa shifaa’a illaa shifaa’uka shifaa’an laa yughaadiru saqaman

(O Allaah, Lord of mankind, do away with my suffering. Heal (Malak) as You are the only Healer and there is no cure except that of Yours, it is that which leaves no ailment behind)
