As many of you may know, our Dad passed away recently. We were notified last night that our Mom is being put on hospice. To say this is a rough time would be diminishing the brutal honesty of the situation.

With these new circumstances, as can be imagined, there are many expenses that we are going to be faced with again soon. We will be in need of a rental vehicle, gas, food, and hotel stay assistance, etc. Is it fun to ask for help? No. Is it absolutely necessary? Yes. You wouldn’t be reading this if that was not the case. But am I ashamed to ask? No. Life is obviously too short and the world is too messed up for me to worry about if anyone has derogatory comments, opinions, or thoughts.

So here I post in hopes that others will understand what we are facing and can help in any way.

We won’t be able to pay you back monetarily, but I can sing, draw, or be in your play for you, and Dave will probably be willing to give you something from his organic garden, dance, sing, or bless you with his photography.
