We’re reaching out to our community today with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits. Our beloved Pilates instructor, Sherie Lockhart who has recently been diagnosed with cancer and is now facing an uphill battle—not only with her health but also with the mounting medical bills and day-to-day expenses that come with it.

If you’ve ever met Sherie, you know she is a bright light. Her energy is contagious, generosity knows no bounds, and her genuine care for every single one of us has created a space that feels more like family than a fitness class. She’s the first to cheer you on, and the one who remembers your name, your story, and your goals.

Now, she needs us.
