It is Difficult to Admit that I need help

Hello my name is Rose and I have fallen on hard times, this is the lowest low I have been in my life. If you see this page you likely know me... I have always been a hard worker, done what I can for others and been self sufficient. I have raised three beautiful, now adult children and have three beautiful grand-children. They all live in the United States.

Now I need to ask for help. I am currently jobless, and the bills are more than can be met. I am at risk of losing everything I own which is not much but now in storage.

Also, I have been living with family and friends since mid-February, when I was laid off from my job and lost my apartment in Penticton. Not having a permanent residence has taken a toll on my health and mental well-being. I need help to rebuild resources so I can rent a small place on the lower mainland and get life back to some type of normal.

I am still looking for full-time work, but at my age (58) I find it is not an easy thing and have been passed up on several positions for a "younger" candidate.

Some of you suggested that I set up a GoFundMe page, so I am doing that and asking for your help in any way that you can.

I promise I will Pay it Forward, when I am able to again!
