On March 18th, 2020, Brenda Davies (God is Grey) interviewed Stelle on her experience in a home church network of Central Oregon. Teachings of that group included women's submission and aspects of purity culture.
On July 13th, 2020, Stelle and Brenda received a 'cease and desist' letter threatening a lawsuit with a list of demands that included a large monetary sum by Angie and Isaac Tolpin (Courageous Parenting, Resolute Man) for being mentioned in the original 'We Did it Out of Love" video [ LINKED directly below]

Brenda and Stelle have acquired attorneys and are fundraising for their defense.
This first fundraising effort is to cover initial attorneys' fees and the first few legal steps to protect Brenda and Stelle's right to free speech.
