Over the past few weeks, many of you have asked what comes next for Istanbul Grill as we prepare to close our doors.

For our staff, this means a transition out of the jobs and routines they’ve built here over many years. We are focused right now on taking care of our team during this change.

For nearly 30 years, this place has been brought to life by the people who worked here every day - the staff who greeted you, served you, baked bread early in the morning, stayed late to close out events, and helped make Istanbul Grill what it was.

Some of our team members have been with us for decades. Others joined more recently but became part of the same family.

We’ve created a Staff Appreciation Fund to directly support the people behind Istanbul Grill. If you are able to help, this is the most direct way to support the team.

100% of donations will go directly to eligible staff members. This fund is solely for employee support - with recognition for years of service and support for the families of long-time team members who have been part of our story.

Your support, memories, and visits during these final weeks already mean more than we can say.
