iStage Sydney is a Theatre on Ice figure skating team based at Macquarie Ice Rink, Sydney. Our skaters range in age from 8 to 15 years old in our Novice team along with our Adult team of skaters.
In April 2017 iStage will compete at the Nations Cup Theatre on Ice Championships in Ann Arbor, Michigan USA. All of iStage's costs are self funded by the families of the skaters through fundraising and hardwork.
Attending such an event incurs huge costs - flights, ice time, accommodation, costumes, uniform and competiton entry fees to name a few. All proceeds donated via the GoFundMe page will be used to assist all the families subsidise these costs.
To experience an event on the world stage is immeasurable to our skaters - being part of a global event which showcases extraordinary figure skating, inspires each and every one of us. Friendships are forged and the experience will live with our skaters forever.
