UPDATE on Israel! My dad has been out of the hospital for several weeks now and is recovering at home. There are still aneurysms in his legs that they are watching closely and the Dr wants him to get stronger and gain weight before they do a procedure on them. He is anxious to get back to work and see all of his clients but that’s just not possible yet. We are still collecting donations as he is still unable to work. Any amount helps and my family wishes everyone Happy Holidays! 

On Wednesday, September 22nd our Dad, Israel was rushed to Clear Lake hospital after an ER clinic in Alvin discovered he was bleeding internally. He suffered an abdominal aortic aneurysm that ruptured. He was bleeding to death. By the grace of God he survived a 7 hour surgery and is now recovering in ICU. The situation is still touch and go and it will be a long road to recovery. He has been a hairdresser in Alvin for over 40 years and loves his job and is passionate about his loyal clients that have followed him around all these years. As a business owner he relies on working at his shop helping his clients. We’ve been told it could be a couple of months or more until he is back at work. We are raising funds to help him keep his business open, pay his monthly bills and his medical expenses.
