On March 16 2022 our family received the devastating news that our dear loved one Jose Israel Ramirez Gamez, passed away. He is survived by his loving wife and 3 beautiful children. As you could imagine this news was very heartbreaking to many of those who were touched by Israel Ramirez.
Jose Israel Ramirez Gamez worked at Spring Valley High School as a Teacher for College Prep Math, a Soccer Coach, and Mentor to help kids succeed, Israel Ramirez became a member of the Grizzly Family in august 2013. His impact on his students created a family bond so much that when they found out he was diagnosed with cancer in 2018.  Israel Ramirez has always been a big motivation for many of the teachers and students on campus he would always spread  positivity and be a big role model for kids. Israel Ramirez used his positivity to hold students accountable and demand results.
"Im going to be honest with you, shame of you if you do not pass your semester one grades and for my seniors graduation is the goal so do not forget!', "Graduation is the GOAL" This catchphrases became his motto. We all pay tribute to a man who dedicated his life to helping any student in need.
