My family and I suffered a great loss yesterday. My younger brother in law Israel passed away, he was only 20yrs old. No one is ever really emotionally prepared for something like this. This pain, this void, pushing yourself to process through the reality that we won’t look up and see him there. See him smile, hear him laugh or feel his heartfelt hug. My kids won’t get to say “ I know Tio” after he tells them why they should behave. His parents won’t have the opportunity to hug their youngest son again and just hold him in their arms and say I love you.
His sister Ángela favorite sayings is “You never really know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory”. When we see our family and friends or hear their voice on the phone, the reality is we don’t know when it will be the last time. My ask is that you all continue to cherish each moment, make sure you let them know how you feel and how much they mean to you. Isra always stopped to give everyone a hug and would always say I love you. It’s how he were raised.
Many of us have discussed wanting to support the family in this extremely difficult time. We created this Go Fund Me account and are currently asking for donations to help support the family with Israel’s funeral. Any contribution is appreciated. From the bottom of our heart thank you in advance for your support.
