Our beloved Israel “Gaito” Castro recently passed on April 27th 2024. Israel “Gaito” Castro was a wonderful brother, father, BEST grandfather”Papa” and friend who touched the lives of those around him. Our dad was born in Puerto Rico and came to New Jersey in his early teenage years with his parents and his six sisters. He grew up in the City of Passaic, NJ where he played minor league baseball and was a skillful and exceptional conga player. He loved his Salsa !! He was a very hard working man who always provided for his family. His family and loved ones would like to give the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. We are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Israel “Gaito” Castro funeral.
