I’m reaching out in this dire time of need for your assistance. I was hospitalized for the past month from an illness I caught unknowingly. I was discharged yesterday, and I found a place to stay, where I can be isolated. The treatment of this illness requires for me to be isolated for six months, I am unable to work and earn income during this period. I have no other means to afford the room and other expenses for the remaining six months that I am required to finish the treatment.

The funds from this GoFundMe fundraiser will go to help provide isolation shelter for me for the remaining months of the treatment, hospital bills while I was admitted, wireless internet access to better ensure connection services, and phone services for regular communication with case worker, family, and friends. I do not have insurance, however with assistance of my case worker fortunately the clinic has agreed to provide the medication treatment and food. However, they are not able to assist with the rent.

Once again, I humbly ask of you, my family and friends to assist me to be isolated, to help me protect the loved ones I live with, the ones who have helped me so much since I moved out here and also the community of Nevada. This treatment in isolation will ensure that I am fully healed and not be a carrier to this illness that will cause others to become sick from by simply inhaling the breath I exhale.

The goal amount for this GoFundMe fundraiser to help me with all expenses is a total of $10,000. Any amount that you donate will be greatly appreciated and there are no words to describe the gratitude I feel already. From the bottom of my heart, I truly appreciate you all for your assistance.
